- Instructions
Installing files differs between navigators and models. These instructions are based on TomTom One navigator. Specific instructions for your navigator will be found in the users manual.
- Downloading files
Download a POI-file of your choice from the POI Files page. Follow the instructions on the page for downloading a file
- Transferring files
* Turn on your navigator.
* Connect your navigator to your computer using a USB-cable or plug it's memory card to your computer's memory card slot.
* The navigator requests you to connect the device to your computer, so click "yes". The navigator will now be connected.
* Browse My Computer to find the folder where you recently saved the POI-files. Choose the files and copy (ctrl+C) them to clipboard.
* Find your navigator or it's memory card from My Computer and paste (ctrl+V) the copied files to the mapfolder of your navigator (e.g. "Scandinavia-Map").
* After transferring, remove the USB-cable or the memory card from the memory card slot (put the memory card back to your navigator).
